Alberto Germani

Technical Director, Head of PPP and Engineering
Alberto is a registered Chartered Civil Transportation Engineer and holds an MBA degree issued by the Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. He has extensive international experience in public infrastructures and PPP delivery, with numerous projects accomplished in roads, metros, healthcare and environment currently operational both in Italy and overseas.
He is a Member of the PPP Team of International Specialists hosted by the United Nations Economic Commission (UNECE) based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Alessandro Ceccarelli

Commercial Director, Head of Waste Management
Alessandro has covered various prominent bidding and operational roles in leading private companies in the waste management sector in Italy and overseas. As such, he has matured a long time experience in municipal, household and industrial (including hazardous) waste process management. He also has extensive experience in designing, building and operation of waste sorting, treatment and recycling plants of any kind (general, organic, dry-recyclable or industrial wastes).

Elena Pannone

Environmental Science, Renewable Energy Plants and Project Funding Senior Consultant
Elena holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Marine Biology, and is a certified designer of quality-management systems pursuant to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004. She has extensive experience in carrying out Environmental Impact Assessment, Feasibility Studies and Due Diligence for wind-powered and photovoltaic plants. She follows up authorization processes, handling relationships with Clients, Public Authorities and coordinating designers’ and on-site technicians’ jobs in order to obtain required permits and secure funding.
