Markas GmbH, leading company in healthcare facility management with offices in Italy, Germany and Austria, has commissioned PMF to prepare the performance control system and KPIs as part of a proposal of hospital IT control system, to be submitted as PPP to the Health Authority of the Autonomous Province of Alto Adige/South Tyrol.
The concession will last for 15 years, with an investment value of around EUR 5 million. PMF joins the team formed by Markas for proposal’s preparation composed by, apart from Markas itself, FMPool for IT systems, SINLOC Sistema Iniziative Locali SpA as financial advisor and Thurin, Vinatzer, Zeller & Partner Law Firm for legal aspects. Financial Plan is endorsed by Südtiroler Sparkasse.
